Our design services include:

• Full packaging design, utilizing a combination of the materials we manufacture or fabricate plus sourced materials including corrugated, thermal molding and molded pulp for a complete packaging solution.
• A DT3000 CAM table to work alongside our CAD system. This machine is capable of cutting both foam and corrugated samples.
• Packaging Improvement Programs and Consolidation/Standardization Programs.
  

Our practical experience in the use of various densities and combinations of materials allows us to provide unique designs that provide the proper cushioned protection to meet specific needs. Often we are able to reduce tooling costs or even eliminate them by designing protective packaging inserts that do not require die cutting or molding.
