Custom Die Cut Foam for Packaging & Shipping
We offer computerized foam die cutting services for packaging and shipping applications using varying densities and foam colors. We work with Polyethylene (PE), Polyurethane (PU), and Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam, custom die cut in all shapes and sizes. Made in the USA in our New Hampshire manufacturing facilities.
We fabricate custom cut foam blocks, sheets (thin or thick), planks, pads, convoluted foam sets, and end caps in production quantities. For pre-production samples and prototyping, we have a DT3000 CAM table to work alongside our CAD system. This machine is capable of cutting both foam and corrugated material.

Foam materials are available in recycled, antistatic, soft, rigid, thick, thin, perforated, scored, tear apart, and custom shapes in a variety of colors and densities.

Depending on the foam specified (PU, PE, EPS), colors include black, blue, pink, charcoal, gray, yellow, green, purple, white. Open-cell foam, closed-cell foam, and expanded polystyrene are available for packaging projects.
